Pretty much got the site fixed up. Can't use it for school after all, but I am using it to learn new stuff on. Looks like IM Portal but is not. The forum is the only phpBB related thing on the site. I hand coded the rest of it.

Get rid of everything that you possibly can live without. Turn off stuff on viewtopic that you dont need and all that kind of stuff. That is all sql though I am not sure if it effects cpu or not.

And you mentioned upgrading. What version of site are you running and is it IM Portal of IM?

Solved this one. Have it working on a local server am working on integrating it to my live site now.
