very impressive stats. I do not have a laser but it does show that IM can work on larger boards. It is a touch slow on loading, And I am not sure if that is the db or the server issue. But nice stats all the same <img>

I think you will find this is something to do with the default charset of the server. It is not the db, I think, unless you have a bad phpbb upgrade. I think you will find you need to change the charset variable in overall_header.tpl but do not quote me, it has been a while since this was discussed. A

I am not sure of the full logistics of it, but you may be better creating an install, add the mods and make sure they work and then taking a backup. Then al you do is install the whole thing on the new servers each time and you should only need to change the domain details in the db and the config.p...

Which mod are you trying to add and mayve the phrase was removed from viewtopc when pcp was added, which then questions the other entries.
