Site description not working.

I notice i added*this is how we do!* for site description and it doesn't show at the top on the browser..Any Ideas?

what template are you using?

open your index_body.tpl
find

<tr>
<td>{L_INDEX}</td>
</tr>

after, add

<tr>
<td>{SITE_DESCRIPTION} </td>
</tr>
