Would it be possible to create a page that has a form of survey and when completed it would post in a forum specified for it. If so, how would i go about making such a page?
It would have radio buttons and text boxes for them to fill in . Then when they click on submit, this would post the questions and answers in a new thread.

I just downloaded this MOD and was unable to make the required file changes due to being unable to find numerous lines of code that required additions made afterwards.
For instance neither $prune_enabled = ''; nor 'L_DAYS' => $lang['Days'], exist within the file designated for the specific changes associated with those pieces of code.
Am I possibly using the wrong installation instructions?
