That was on the first login attempt. I would have just gone through the steps but I couldn't possibly remember my security answer. I never thought I would ever have this much trouble logging into an account. How many times is it possible to do stupid mistakes before you just cancel your internet and find a new hobby? I'm close to finding that answer...

After installing this, I am plagued by this same error and for the life of me, I can not figure out why it's not working. Any help would be appreciated as I really want to use this software on a new site I'm going to be launching.
