I am a registered user and was logged in but when I tried to download the latest upgrade file from phpbb to IT141 I only received the following :
"You can not download this file directly from another site!"
Not sure what that means.

PS: when will the snow flakes melt and go away. It was cute at first but it is making my cursor blink abnormally?

mee too cant download a file after i click "i agree" more then 20 times... why is it so?
sometimes it pops up in the first time... but sometime it dont and need to try it again and again...to download...

try going to the bottom of this page find "MyCookies manager" delete your cookie for this site then log out and back in and follow the directions above.
