Well what color best suites the site? I really like them all, I like the streaks that run through the green one lots. But red is my favorite color for web pages. Tough choice. Perhaps you also need a rotating logo.

To keep the animated gif size down I use css to add the rotating logo... Have it on test site with autumn theme...

For color, why not use the colors of your flag: First four letters green, second four white, and last four orange. <img>
