Question for staff here

I have noticed some users here, "not staff" are able to post download attachments in the forums. I don't see that option in my post panel. So my question is... Is this related to rank/group or is there something missing from my view? Just curious...... <img>

yes. It is just a security precation. Currently the "Members" group has upload permissions in the users submission forum. The school of thought here is that a member with 100+ posts, is more likely to know what is appropriate to post. This can and has been overridden for members with this type of activity on Integramod.com . There is alot of responsibility that comes with posting mods, because users are sometimes very quick to add your mod before it has been tested, and can destroy thier forum.
