You can change the colors and style in the .css file for the template you are using.

In the css file, if you want to change your "Global Information" title, then you should look for .cattitle and then change it's color or size.

There is a great extention for firefox called Web Developer 1.02 that will show you the ID and Class details for your site.

HERE is a link for Web Developer 1.02.

Add it to your firefox and once it's installed you shouls see a bunch of new tabs in your ff toolbar that look like this
[flash=,:3uxqzdmi]http://www.btusquad.net/stuff/im/wd.gif[/flash:3uxqzdmi]

If you then click on the information tab and go down and click on the display ID and class details while viewing your site. It will show you the name that the links on your site are named in the css file.

I hope that is a good enough explanation for ya!

"Global Information" I think is: .cattitle
"Forum Guidelines" is: .forumlink
"The description of the forum" is .genmed

Make sure you make a back up of your css file before you start making changes. Also, it's a good idea to make 1 change at a time then save the changes and view your site to see the changes.

Thanks Driver 7, however after trials of changes in the said files it seems that the font style didn't change, any ideas?

Thanks for help

very simple, download and install Firefox! <img> http://www.mozilla.com/

It is always worth having more than one browser as IE is not conventional in its display methods, so you need to check your site is compliant. I still use IE, it allows me to login with 2 seperate accounts to the one site, without logging out.

Thats my advice. But if for some reason you are unable to install it (there is no reason) then you will have to keep playing with files as you are. Sounds harsh, but thats the way it is.

What are the changes that you made to your code? Paste the code you want to change here and tell us how you want to change it!

Also, after the changes are made you may have to hard refresh your browser. Press control and then hit the refresh button.

The changes made on the left should be replicated on the right in realtime. For example, look down the css to
/* General font families for common tags */
font,th,td,p{font:12px Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif}

and change verdana to courier and you should see an instant change.

Once you have the css you want you can copy it and paste it into the css file on the server.
