Hi all
This part is placed by Integramod.com bud no respons, what is the problem, on my site and there are more site with this problem, if i will change my banner at the top right, then i get a white page ACCESS denied on this server.
If i go to Optimize DB via the ACP, there you can enable Cron or optimise DB, this part don't work same problem.
Well, to check this if it is a problem of the board software i have make a account for test by lycos/tripod, and try the above issues, and there it work fine.
I think is a part of the host server but are not sure, maybe there is somebody can tell more to fix this problem.

I really dont understand but am assuming from what you write there are issues with banner and optimise areas. However you mention lycos/tripod and hope you are not trying to run integramod on their webspace as am sure this does not work properly.
Do we have basic requirements in the installation manual? Also is there a list anywhere of hosting solutions that IM does not work on?

when you go to ACP and to the Banner Administration
and click edit a banner
you can change something, but when you click on submit you get
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /test141/admin/admin_banner.php on this server.
this also happens when creating a new banner
however, when you click delete, all is going well

I'm only shooting in the dark here, but to me that sounds like the file permissions aren't set properly on the admin_banner.php file. I just checked the file on my forum and they're set to 644. You should go into your FTP program and make sure that's what yours are set to.
Hope that helps. <img>

are you logged in using the board founder account? This is the original administrator account. In your db it is assigned user#2
There are many admin functions only available to that account

when doing the above you use admin_banner.php so you can open/access the file
even, with the file set to 777, and the template files also, nothing changes
maybe it is an Apache rights problem, but why are all the other admin screens doing there job, and this one not

Yes, I have exactly the same issue as described above. Any other suggestions?
EDIT: It only seems to do it when I add <IFRAME tag as custome html code.

Does anyone have the answer for this?, I'm trying to include a html link which uses IFRAME tags and it keeps giving me the following error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/admin_banner.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I dont quite understand what you're trying to say. Should I be changing my permissions for admin_banner.php?.
Sorry for any confusion.

Oke, i see nobody find the problem to solve??
Well, i have look in the ACP and i found by General / PHPMYADMIN, and there you can optimize your DB, and you can insert new querys.
Maybe here start the problem, but i can't find this mod in the hacklist, and can't find any relations white other files.
Maybe is this new information wath can help.
