I have the same problem gffb says there complete but they are no where to be found. I have tried these paths. My im mod is in folder called "forum" in the root of my public webspace. In "forum" I have a folder called "backup". So in the acp were it asks where to dl it I have tried.
and I have tried
"backup"

Folder is 777 and still nothing there.

Im not sure, but if your host is running a certain security program, you may need to set the directory to 755.
There was a post here about someones host changing to this program, not sure about the details or how it turned out, but it might be worth a tryà¢Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ ¦ <img>
If that works then you should change all your 777 folders to 755.

Nope no luck with that. i have never had this work even with phpbb so maybe it is a host issue. I will contact them and see. I actually never considered that.
