User permissions Advance/Simple mode

Now i am back, something which has been bugging me a bit on our forum. In the ACP under users permissions. Some users in the user permission link seem to be stuck in the advanced mode, when i click the simple mode it refreshes but still stays in advanced mode. This is not for everyone. I had the same problem with some of the usergroup permissions, but once i deleted the usergroup and added it once again the ones that were like this were alright again. For obvious reasons i cannot do that with users permissions, they would get a bit upset to loose a few thousand posts Has anyone any idea were the fault could lay and how to fix this?
