Forum Permissions

I cant change my Forum Permissions form private to all..
None of the Forum Permissions work??

if no one can help with this where are the Forum Permissions in the Database and i will just manually change it.

check your chmod for includes/def_tree. It should be 666. Not sure how or why, but ive had these get reset on my old VPS more than once.
