What was done to try to solve the problem?
rollback to phpbb 2.0.21

I haven't any errors while patching
After a week i noticed that i have to refresh all sites because of blank sites.
I couldn't login to admin left frame was blank, after repeating abopunt 15 times of F5 I've got the left side loaded and than I could click on the links but always twice !

I thought k it might be an exploit?!? so I have download the patch for 1.4.0 to 1.4.1 and got a lot of errors.... but that was my failure <img> i have patched the wrong version ^^

i have made a rollback in database and on fs to the state before this patch and patched with the correct version to 1.4.1 and got no errors

nevertheless pages problem were alwasy to click twice a link
