Users UNABLE to register?

I've had 3 seperate users tell me that after filling out the form to register on my site and then click submit it comes up looking like this:

Please help me, or i'm reinstalling!

Our last registered users was 6 days ago, and I have not altered anything since..

Hi have you tried it in fisubice to make sure it is not a template issue...

I just registered on your site I cannot log in and I do not recieve an email.....I will see what I can find out.....

Hi Foundit, I am trying to work on this. It does not seem to be a template issue, although, there was initially a small subice glitch but that was sorted and the same issue arrose in that. You may have been able to click submit on the registration page but you probably got a blank information block on the page after submission and looking in the adminuserlist, you name has not been registered. This is the way for all registrations on mofclan site at the moment. However I have found that you can add a user through the ACP>user admin>manage route.

I am guessing then that this may be file corruption rather than db corruption but I am not sure. There have been a number of files changed in the past 5 days but nothing in admin or in the root. Some in includes including def_tree. So I am not totally clear where the error has occurred. Unless of course it a file missing altogether. Sadly there is no complete backup available for the site however when Bush comes back online I will assk him to contact his host to see if they have a backup one week old.

Not looking pretty at the moment.

I did recieve a blank info box after hitting submit...but what is also strange is no email was sent out.....

I agree with you it does appear to be file error more than database errors....

As you said lets hope the host has a back up....

It sounds like Bush has been able to get a backup from 10th, so hopefully this can restore the forum fully. I will try to restore it folder by folder to see if we can find where the issue arose.

Thanks for the support Adrian. BTW, the back up was from the 20th not the 10th.

Regarding this thead, I went in to phpMyAdmin and checked the database -- These concern me:

Problems with indexes of table `phpbb_attachments`
Warning More than one INDEX key was created for column `attach_id`

Problems with indexes of table `phpbb_digest`
Warning PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `user_id`

Problems with indexes of table `phpbb_pa_comments`
Warning PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `comments_id`

Problems with indexes of table `phpbb_sessions`
Warning PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `session_id`

I tried to repair and it said everything is ok. Are those errors fine? Maybe those errors are the problem with my registration process?!

Please HELP!
