New Release Question

PostAuthor: Tom_S » Wed Apr 26, 2006 8:36 am

I am noticing that the release of the phpbb 2.0.20 is available but why isn't the upgrade integrated with the latest version for download of Integramod? It appears to still be on 2.0.17.

Also I was referred here by the other Integramod site about how to transfer members / forums / topics / posts from my phpBB Plus 1.52 forum to the new 1.40 Integramod and I was informed the someone named "Found It" could help me with either doing that or upgrading my existing forum for a fee.

Thanks in advance.

Tom

Re: New Release Question

I appreciate the response. I really do. But. It doesn't tell me what I need. It has an upgrade to an older version of this software. The dillemma is that I am looking for a ready to go setup that I don't have to upgrade my existing board by installing to and old version of integramod. Then upgrade it to the latest version. Then go back and do the orginal phpbb upgrades to 2.0.20 to catch up with all the latest security issues and bug fixes.

My question and issues still remains the same.

I have been working on this three weeks now and I have imported users. I have imported posts. They will not import correctly due to the difference in database structure and a few other quirks that I keep running into.

Hence...the plea for help from someone that has already done all this.

Thanks again <img>

well, i really think that all u have to do is to :

1 - make a databases change to 1.3.2
2 - make database change to 1.4.0
3 - install a new and fresh one of 1.4.0.

Or

do 1 - 2 then wait for the 1.4.1 release !
