Need help for update a IM140

Hi all,

I have a 4 years old IM140 site which has never been updatet.

Right now I have several Problems with the site so I can not change anything in the foren configuration. Can anyone take a look an tell me what I have to do to put the site to an actual version, and how to get this problems solved?
