when installing IM withoput Prillian,
how can you later install Prillian??

you should be able to just upload the Prill_install folder and go to http://yoursite.com/forum root/Prill_install/im_install.php

I have done this on several occasions with 132 and 140

As I don't have the files right now I can't say exactly what to do, however you need to define prillian as installed in config.php. I think adding the following line would work...

define('PRILLIAN_INSTALLED', true);

...although, I'm not entirely sure PRILLIAN_INSTALLED is entirely correct. If you have a board with prillian already installed the line should be in there.

EDIT: Ok, it's the correct line... just add it before ?>
