NOT installing Prillian breaks my board.

What was done before the problem appeared?
Fresh Install and chose NOT to install Prillian.


What was done to try to solve the problem?
Re-Installed and installed Prillian.



De.scription and Message

On a fresh install of 141 Final, if I choose to NOT install Prillian, my board breaks. It will load the main page after install, but shows a Page Cannot Be Displayed when you try to get to the ACP. the only fix I know of is re-installing and allowing Prillain to install. However, I do not want Prillian. It's annoying to have to close it's pop-up window everytime the board loads.
