De.scription and Message

Came across a couple line in my Error Logs and thought I'd pass on the info so it can be cleaned up.

templates/fisubice/images/blue/navtl.gif
templates/fisubice/images/blue/navtr.gif

I check and blue, green and grey are all missing the nav**.gif files

I copied from the other colors but not sure if they suit. Color conflict?

Just so you can update your download file and prevent a couple minor errors.
