De.scription and Message

One of my moderators shows a total of 65526 unread PMs when he logs in. Even though he has deleted everything from his inbox, it still shows up.

Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Thanks! Unfortunately, when I click on browse to get to the contents of the phpbb_users file (as outlined in the link you provided), I get a 404 error.
