OK, so I'm dense... IM141 is phpBB what version?

Is IM 141 based on phpbb 2.0.X or is it phpbb 3.0.X?.....

I thought it was 2.0.X

I was looking at the install and noted that it was upgrading the phpbb version to 3.0 something.

I'm a tad confused. It's affecting theme layout development I had been working on.
