Forum avatar not showing up

Hello i am having trouble with viewing avatars in users posts. Whenever i see a post next to the user that posted it shows something like this

looks like youve edited templates/SmoothTech/viewtopic.tpl
reupload an unaltered file and delete your style cache in acp/eXtreme Styles

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried everything you asked, including installing a different style and see if that worked but still it displays two numbers below every user post <img>

I was able to fix the numbers problem by replacing some folders from a previous backup i had. The only other problem i am having at the moment is i can only see avatars when i am logged in. How can i change it so i can see avatars when i am logged out.
