Sidebar mod - need help

I found a sidebar mod, and I hope it is what I am looking for.
I think it is a side navigator that slides along the left side of your screen.

I have attached the mod, but I can't figure on how to edit the files correctly with integramod.

Could someone take a look, and tell me if it is what I think it is, and could someone provide a set of proper instructions to be used with integramod.

no this is a simple side block. phpBB has no blocks by default and this looks like it ads a simple hard coded nav block and search block to the index page only.
