Removed Confirmation Code from PCP now no one can register.

Hello,

I was trying to remove the Verification/Confirmation Code from the registration page using PCP Wizard from the Admin Panel. Now when I try to go and register to test it out, there are no fields available for a person to register on. I went back to PCP to readd the confirmation code field and the available fields section is now empty. I tried to restore the database and that did not help to fix it.

I need help asap, we are planning to have a mass registration within the next couple of days.

Can you reverse his directions, but instead of choosing "Remove", choose "Add"?
