SOLVED Link problem on portal page...

Im working on site stuntbase.com...
When i submit new NEWS topic that i choose to post on portal, users CANT click on the title of that news to enter forum topic, or to see full NEWS, because link is not valid...
This is what the link on article looks like...
http://www.stuntbase.com/forum/portal.phpportal.php?topic_id=1139
And if i remove that bolded part, everything works fine...
Any ideas where i can change code to reset this?
