OK so the first is a basic install, you need to remove the FTR restriction if you want guests to read your forums.
Other than that you may wish to add a theme, add some content, and make it a place people may want to register at. Perhaps you should explain the other 2 URLs as they are not IM based and not required.

When you register you'll find that there is some stuff there. However as this NEW site only started today I need to get it properly setup and figure the admin panel out first seeing as I've been using 132.

since I last saw it the ftr is not acting now, and I am asked to login, so I think you have changed it correctly. Yes there are many changes since 132. Unless you need a live site right now, you may wish to look at and test the beta. Remember the beta should not be used for a live site now, or afteer the final release. Only final release versions should be used for live sites. This means that if you play with the beta you will need to reinstall the final release when it comes out. What this will save you is time doing updates and so on as there are many more things gone into the 141.
