somewhere between these tags

looks like an open tag here

I'm going to ask a stupid question ... How do you know that? ... this site has been up for a few years and i have never experienced a problem ... there are a few bugs but i am using a older version.

if you log out and look at the login section at the bottom of index.php, you will see what Im refuring to

nice clean look alright
