COPPA Mod Request

I was just wondering if anybody has instructions on how to reinstate the original phpBB COPPA handler into Integramod???

I have the age thing in my rules, but my site seems to attract quite a few pre teens, and I need something with a bit more structure to help keep it legitimate.

It would be cool if there could be a fairly simple mod that people would have the option of implementing into their site.

It doesnt even have to be the original setup, just anything similar.
