if you have not edited any of your files, then your ftp client has either missed a few, or trunciated them. re-upload your templates directory.

ive not heard of a server issue that would allow you to display images and php content, yet block css. Be sure that templates/integra2/integra2.css exists
you might also try reuploading includes/template.php

I had the same problem on my first install. Everything was ok and then I uploaded some of the files from the 141 package because some things were not working properly. Figured possibly some corrupt files.
Because I trashed the old site and started new, I hadn't had to many users yet.
So I deleted all the 141 files and folders and deleted the corresponding database in my cPanel, then started coompletely from new with everything fresh.
If your's is new and few users, may wanna try that, otherwise you will get the guys to help you recover your site.
This was a quicker fix for me.

It's a chmod issue or permissions issue

You said they are chmod'd correctly yet you can't access anything in that template?

You don't have permission to access /templates/Integra2/images/background.gif on this server.

Check your permissions again.
Integra2 should be 755

Well so is mine but by typing in the direct link to the image I was able to see it just fine, (logged out as admin)

On his I wasn't able to see it, that's why I figured he might have something wrong, sorry lol

While we are on the subject, a couple of people on my site are wanting to be able to right click for FF purposes, I've never had anyone care about that so I've never messed with it, but is there a way to enable right click forum wide, instead of a user-by-user basis?

It's not a CHMOD problem. I just made the cPanel/Webhosting account. By default everything is 755. I changed the permissions to what they needed to be (by what was said in the manual). I also set the "templates" and all subdirs to 777.

My hoster says that there must be some .htaccess around somewhere prohibiting me from accessing those files. I haven't set any, and I'm sure that the 141 package doesn't do that by default (and I can't find any). But, I think my hosters support is just clueless.

I guess I'll try reuploading.

Should work...

Configuration +
Administration
Allow user to copy and right click YES
Override YES

Ok well. Now it works. All I did was upload the zip this time and let the server unzip it for me. This time it worked.
