Modification to the Shop Mod

Is there anyway someone could make the shop mod, so instead of an inventory box, there is a seperate tab in the profile that says Inventory and it look something like this

If it was a gift, the name could be put in the box, and if it was bought by you it could be blank or with your name. The inventory messages sometimes get deleted on accident or are hard to find

Can someone do this??? I am not good at the coding part o:
