On my previous site, which was phpBB 2.019 with IMPortal, I added the X-Fire mod, to add a field in the user's profile and a little button under the posts, just like for MSN etc.
Can it be applied to this PCP without problems like on the simple profile? or should I not attempt this?!

I think if you follow the skype mod and its instructions....read them i mean....you can adapt that for your x-fire idea.

Had a look at the mod... and it might be an option, but it wouldn't add two different buttons like the real X-Fire Mod for phpBB forums.
In this mod the X-Fire button actually is existing of 2 buttons. X-Fire and +.
When you click on X-Fire it will display the info and if you click on the + it will add the person to your friends list of X-Fire itself.
That would be a lot nicer to have.
But I guess I can't combine that since it does look quite abit different, when looking at the mod-instructions. Maybe I'll have to be satisfied with the additional X-Fire field. <img>
