Translations of upgrades

In that forum there than can be, for now, 6 topics, dutch, german, hebrew, france and english.
in these topics can translators place translations for upgrades.
I now have installed IM 140 and the tanslations that came with it. But after upgrading to 2.0.21 I could only translate for the Dutch language. I'm Dutch.
But the other languages, i can't translate. My German is not very well, my France is terrible, and Hebrew.......
