If you put that as an index.html file in your main website root directory, it should work.
For example, in my setup, the main directory is called public_html and that's the directory I'd place the index.html file.

Nevermind I got it to work. What I did for those who might be wondering also. I moved all my forum files into a different directory
and followed Mandoos advice in this thread
