Deleted some code in Navigation block.

Hi everyone,
I deleted so code from the navigation block, does anyone have the default code for that block? I deleted the default code and now my navigation block is out of place.

On a side note, how do I put the navigation into my header? (using the Extreme Dark Red Theme)

Yes I have the links but I remember deleting some table code and I don't know if I need that to continue or not?
