Hello i have been trying to figure out how to intergrate phpbb, i have downloaded and installed IM portal but i dont think its quite what i am looking for, i want to know how this site intergrated theirs like this http://www.neohogwarts.net if anyone can help it would be great.

What exactly are you looking for?
Do you have a large phpbb forum that you would like made up to IntegraMOD?
There is a KB on how to do this

Do you just want it to look like the neohogwarts?
Then IMPortal may be what you need

Have you only just started your forum with few members?
You would be better installing Integramod and starting fresh.(In my opinion <img>)
