i tried to upgrade phpbb and when i am done
this is what i get when i try to enter my site:
Fatal error: Unknown function: phpbbsecurity_guests() in /home3/maduser/public_html/im140/common.php on line 396

what does is mean?
do i need the Security update from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 first?

and why there is a bbcode.zip file inside the includes folder?
it has the bbcode.php file in it which identical to the one ouside?

help me!!!

to answe your first question yes you nust have the Security update 1.0.3 in place b4 the upgrade and if i remember right its in the install notes as to your second question im not sure why thats there i did the manual updates andhad the advanced BBCode installed so maybe to do with that im not sure but someone should be able to answer that for you <img>

yes u need to install phpbb security 1.0.3 FIRST before you update to 2.0.20
