New layout - 4 columns plus top and borrom rows

Hi
This is my first submission, so be gentle. It's based on the quad_layout.tpl, and I've given credit for this in the .cfg file.
I've created it with no knowledge of the subject language, just cut and paste and a few guesses. It seems to work for me but any error correcting would be appreciated.

Sorry, but it says I "can't attach files in this Forum" for some reason. Can anyone suggest what's stopping me, and I'll glady repost it as a .rar or .zip

Thanks to HelterSkelter, the download file/link now works.
Have fun and let me have any feedback. Just don't ask me anything technical.
I haven't included a link to the site, as it's still under development, but I'll include a screenshot of the layout if someone can tell me how to attach a file here.
