This will embed a nice windows media player wherever you like in the index page of your forum. As I placed my shoutbox at the top of my index, the player sits nicely under it.

here's the code you need to place in your /template/XXXX/index_body.tpl

[code]      <begin>       <table>       <tr><td>       <OBJECT id='mediaPlayer' width="320" height="69"       classid='CLSID]

of course, put your sites address in where it says YOUR SITE.. and make yourself a playlist and point to it.
