error in 1.4.1 Beta

I just noticed when uploading files to the download section after clicking submit, I get in my window page can not be displayed. File transfers accordingly, it jsut doesnt take me to the next page that verifies it with tthe click here lik to return to the downloads management. I noticed this on a few other links as well but cant remember where.

Specifically, what server error message are you getting? Is it a 404, 405 etc.?

Teelk, Im sry for posting that in the wrong forum. I completely did not see the beta forum here. I looked twice too. and that error is neither. Notice the pic in this link.

and that was after I clicked submit while uploading a file for my dload section. This is not the only link that does that either. I have a few others as well that do the same thing. Maybe a permissions error? Im not real sure.
and this is what I get as well i noticed I got the error on poage deal in my lower left corner of screen.
