That would be correct. I did not install prillian.... and I deleted the Install and contrib directory as it requested. The install program had a choice for not installing prillian, and I chose it. Is that broken?

It works fine on my test board. I'm confused why it would be trying to send you to install.php when you try and access the ACP... it's very strange.

It does not go to Install.php. It gives me a 404 error.

Well, I re-installed the site and I can now get to the admin page. However, I did the install differently by choosing to have Prillian installed. The first time around I chose NOT to have Prillian instsalled. So maybe there is a bug with the install by choosing to NOT have prillian installed.
