I agree with your blog on myspace. However, what's funny to me is that there are literally hundreds of different .scripts that people have written that are just like myspace but with much better coding. You can usually buy them on ebay for about $50. Myspace should cough up $50 and purchase one of them and modify it to their liking. It's not a difficult code, honestly. A vanilla PHPBB is a more complex .script than myspace.
For the life of me I can never imagine why myspace doesn't just figure out how to fix their site's security holes. You know, I was at "barnes and noble" (bookstore) the other day and there were BOOKS on the shelf detailing how to hack myspace. The title was "How to hack myspace." You know your technology sucks when people can publish books with instructions on how to hack your website that are still valid right now. You'de think the first thing they would do is buy that book and fix every security hole in it... but no they just leave it. And when your profile gets hacked they tell you there's nothing they can do, and that you'll just have to create a new myspace.
