Right Again! I was missing like 6 folders for this theme, I don't understand it since I uploaded it twice due to portal.php image problems. Anyway, that just killed 2 birds w/one stone, so I guess you saved me again. Man, you guys are good / lol

This is what I get when I follow the subject path. The admin_layout.php file is present in the admin directory. It appears to be the right size, and I don't know if the chmod is correct, but it is default at 644........
