I just used the premodded files, from 17 to 19. And no, I didn't do the security update.

EDIT: the CookieMOD didn't work either.

EDIT2: The Security Update DID work, at least for the cookies. Havent checked anything else yet.

EDIT3: The Security Update only fixed the cookies. I still get fatal errors when tryign to get info in the Admin panel.

how did you go about updating to phpbb 19? did you do the release version to 18 then 19, did you do the 17 to 19? Just trying to be sure you did not skip 18. Did you do the security mod update to 1.0.3?

Boy did I ever screw up...

Alright. So I got IM140 installed (with phpbb 2.0.17) and everything was working fine. I then tried to install The Blog Mod, forgot to edit a file or two, then made things worse by upgrading to phpbb 2.0.19. I've since fixed most of the problems (was getting a few critical errors) and the forums and whatnot work fine, but whenever anyone clicks the 'automatic login' box when logging in it says they're banned until they clear their cache. Logging in without checking the 'automatic login' button works fine.

There's a few errors within the admin panel as well. They all point to the php_security.php file and the admin_security.php file. Is there any way I can fix this? I have a database backup, so if I just did a fresh install could I just load the backup and have all my posts, forums, and users back, or would I be stuck with nothing?
