[SOLVED] Private Message Permissions?

Nevermind I'm stupid. Figured out the solution:

ACP -> Profile Options -> Administration -> Can Send Private Messages

Then set to "Yes" and "Yes" for 'Override User Selection'

Sorry guys. Thought the problem was different from that because I don't remember ever changing that. Anyone know why this happened?

Anyone know why some of my members all of a sudden can't send private messages because their permissions are set to disallow it? I don't know if this just popped up or if it happened weeks ago when I upgraded from 1.3.2d and then upgraded all the way up to phpbb 2.0.20.

If there's not an easy fix for this via the ACP, anyone feel comfortable whipping up a MYSQL code for me to just set everyone's private msg permissions to "yes" ?

I will admit I haven't looked very hard in my ACP but a search here hasn't yielded results thus far.
