Might be they have set a maximum. I've got to change my hosting provider for various reasons, now I know that this is a point to look at when choosing a new one.

I set up integraMOD on my home server, there I got a error message when I had memory_limit set to 8MB. Changed it to 16 and everything worked fine. Not so on the web server, also no error message, no output at all to the browser.

For now I will be playing around with integraMOD at home and try again on the new server.

You may want to talk to your web service provider and see how much memory they allow for php. If you have already put the memory_limit statement in your config.php.

When tailing apache's error_log every attempt to reach integraMOD gives 5 times the error FATAL: erealloc(): Unable to allocate 61440 bytes, trying to reach login.php gives 5 times FATAL: emalloc(): Unable to allocate 17 bytes.

Increased memory_limit to even 20M, same thing.

Old forum, huh? Oh yes, I see - the dark dungeons of the archives. Ok, I dug in there but again all I happen to find is either a php5 issue or about an up and running install suddenly going blank.

My problem ought to have nothing to do with:

php5
- the server ist sporting php4.4.1
cookies
- I tried loading the page in w3m, the dumped source was empty.
corrupted def-files
- it's a fresh install, I unzipped and installed everything twice, all language pack and english only pack, totally swiping files and database in between

Memorylimit was set to 8M, I increased this to 16M, no change.
I also did already try not to install prillian but, sadly, also no forum.

Any other proposals, what I could check?

Is this on a server with another phpbb based install on it? if yes you may need to clear your cookie cache and then rename your cookie in general admin.

This is answered quite frequently, but here are some quick tips that will help the searching process.

RAM Usage is very high for IM, so make sure memory_limit is set high enough (search old forum)
PHP5 is not supported by IM. It only runs on PHP4

Good day to all.

I just came across integraMOD which gave me a first impression of being quite suitable for my needs. So I decided to give it a try.

I tried to install on a server running FreeBSD 4.7, Apache 1.3.33, PHP4.4.1 and MySQL 4.0.27. I followed the instructions to the letter, having the download-file uploaded and unzipped on the server.

After filling out the basic (database and admin) information I got a nice page full of beautiful green successfull messages. This page told me to delete the "install" folder, so I did and happily hit the button quoting "Let's install prillian now". This gave me an empty page, no error message, not even any headers sent.

I went back to the start, emptied the database and tried english as the default language instead of my native german. Same result.

I even downloaded the english only package and went through the whole process again. Same result.

So I came back here, searched the forum and found some articles stating white pages but they had mostly to do with php5, no help for me there.

Do you have any ideas what could be the matter?
