I dont know if certain ports were messed up, or if something like this could have the same effect on .php.

"I have no idea what it relates to? I have tried accessing the site
through Firefox and IE but get the same message so it doesn't seem to be
a browser issue.
I use Symantec Client Firewall with privacy control, and added
http://www.twitchy.co.uk to the default exclusion for Privacy but still receive
the same message."

does anybody know if this causes a prob ?

I don't think he has any firewalls. Strangely when he logged on to his university connection from his computer, my site works ok! But when he used his own internet connection from another ISP, it doesn't. A few weeks ago, it used to work.

That happens when he's using IE. Now, I asked him to use Opera, but the message Page Not Found still comes out. He has cleared cache and cookies.

I have no idea what's causing this problem. Is it something to do with my cookies?

This is the whole message

Could not locate remote serverYou tried to access the address http://wap.profusehost.net/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page. Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working. Check that the setup of any Internet security software is correct and does not interfere with ordinary Web browsing. If you are behind a firewall on a Local Area Network and think this may be causing problems, talk to your systems administrator. Try pressing the F12 key on your keyboard and disabling proxy servers, unless you know that you are required to use a proxy to connect to the Internet. Reload the page.

Strangely for him, his internet is all right, he can browse normally, download stuff, play games, except visiting my site.

He's tried visiting my site from other computers and it works, just that he can't visit from his own computer.

Please help me fix this problem.
