No, I've said this several times. We will not do this. We cannot support it. You can attempt what Unregistered suggested but I doubt it will work. But there may be a chance.

upload 140 to a subdomain.. backup ur db from RC1 and insert the db into 140 (to the subdomain) and use a .htaccess file to redirect it to ur subdomain when ppl enter your site.. try this and see if this work (i havnt tested this but its worth of trying).. if u are able to install ur RC1 db to 140 then you wont be losing any posts/topics/users... and finaly wait til 141 official release

you can not upgrade from one RC to another, not to mention we will not support it in any way.

141 is not meant for live use of any kind. You must use 140.

What about useing RC2? then when it will be officaly given out I can get my bugs fixed (if there are any that annoys me)

are you able to port my db (RC1) to RC2? (only restoreing gategorys, forums, blocks, posts, configs, downloads, links, albums, users)

Well my friend, here is your problem.

IM 141 RC1 & RC2 and any other RC versions are beta, which means they are incomplete and have bugs. This will be eventually be released as Final when everything is running smoothly.

Unfortunatly this means you have to lose all of the work you did and start from scratch using IM 140. There is no way to downgrade you to 140.

The good news is when 141 is released as Final you will be able to upgrade.

I started with RC1 and I had like 10 users and like 10 posts or so... I have less blocks but much forums like 30 or so only 4 gategorys. Thank you for your kindness and sorry for my rudeness

Ok, Once again, Please stop swearing. It is not welcome here.

Next. No, you cannot upgrade to RC2 because it is beta. You HAVE to use 140. 141 is in testing and will not be ready for awhile.

So, Do you have any backups from before you started this?

I can be rude and i can be friendly... this kind of shit pisses people off! I use RC1 i got the MySQL copy if anyone could be so kind and fix it andupgrade it to RC2 without loseing the posts/blocks/ or anything so could anyone upgrade the MySQL backup to RC2? so I just have to upload the RC2 and set the config to the upgraded MySQL db? If any admins could do that or any user, then I would be very happy. thank you very much. sorry did not mean to be rude but it pissed me really off bcuz there was no solution on the system or help files. thank you.
