All of this in My Opinion...and My Understanding....
I've been using Integramod for about 2 years with relative good success. IntegraMod was originally founded by a person called "Master David" who got busy and was not able to continue to support his project, as he felt he should.
He turned the project over to the MODS who had been helping him, which consisted of several people. For quite some time the project continued thinking that "Master David" would return, however that never happened.
When all realized that "Master David" was not returning, one of the MODS (by the name of Wekke) stood up and said "I'm In Charge" . Right wrong or indifferent that caused a wedge with the staff. There are several other reasons, none probably important to you or me, however the MOD staff split.
Wekke, whose server (I believe) was hosting ItegraMod retained the name and the majority of the staff formed IntegraMod2.
Now for your answer. Both are continuing to develop IntegraMod.
Both seem sincere in promoting IntegraMOD
In my opinion, I would say that simply because this site (IntegraMod2) has what appears to be 99% of the old staff and support AND many more MODS to support it this (IntegraMod2) would be your best choice.
I don't know any of these folks personally, and as a "user" simply look for the best support.....
That's probably 5 cents worth...but it's an opinion....and it's mine <img>
