What version of phpbb is it saying in your ACP..?
the field its missing is from the phpbb2.0.20 update.....
but I do not understand as to why you are having this problem....

you have missed updating your database somewhere...
you should have a file called update_to_latest.php you need to run it in your browser so the data gets sent to your database...

done everything by the boook and im getting this error
